Welcome friends! I Finally got TheChings.net working with a personal
blog. If you want to have a blog i suggest you try posterous.com who,
incidentally offer free blog hosting even if you have your own domain
name (like your 'name.com'). I'm testing it out right now. and we
might finally transfer mgcnewlife.wordpress.com to memo.mgcnewlife.ph.
Same services from WordPress are still available like password
protection or private posts, but a lot simpler.
In order to make a post, all you have to do is send email, yes you
read that right. EMAIL!
Send everything to
post@posterous.com. And I mean everything! mp4,
mp3, jpg, png, etc. posterous will format and put everything online
for you. If you send multiple pics in your email, posterous.com will
turn them into a thumb nailed view for your friends and family to see
online.
Sending email to
private@posterous.com will hide your posts and
posterous will give you a private link to your message that you can
share with your close friends. Or if you prefer, you can password
protect the whole site.
